FloatFit HIIT – Full Body Burn (30 minutes)

A high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout performed on floating mats.
This 30-minute FloatFit HIIT session is structured into four key phases for an effective and balanced workout on water.
Designed for small groups and guided by a certified instructor, FloatFit HIIT delivers maximum results in minimal time while staying gentle on joints.

What to Bring
- Comfortable sportswear or swimwear (bikinis are not recommended) 
- Your own towel
(Towels are available for rent on-site for 50,000 IDR)
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Light cap if it’s very sunny
Requirements
- Ability to swim
- Comfortable being in water
- Good general health
Participants must be able to jump onto the floating mat from the water
- Not suitable for guests with current injuries
Safety
- A short safety briefing is provided before the session
- Participants must follow all instructor instructions at all times
- Not suitable during pregnancy

 

Session structure:
Balance – getting familiar with the mat and stability
Ladder – progressive exercises added and removed (1–4 movements)
Challenge – peak intensity and full-body effort
Cool Down & Stretching – controlled stretching and recovery
