Return & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our instructors.

Standard Bookings
• All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Rescheduling or cancellation with a full refund is permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the session: refund minus a 30% cancellation fee. No reschedule option.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session are non-refundable. No reschedule will be offered.
• No-shows are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations by FloatFit Bali
• In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons, a full refund or a complimentary reschedule will be offered.
• FloatFit Bali is not liable for any additional costs (transport, accommodation, etc.) incurred as a result of a session cancellation.

Late Arrivals
• Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may be unable to join the session for safety and logistical reasons.
• Late arrivals are non-refundable.
