Terms and Conditions

By booking and participating in FloatFit sessions provided by Terri Preston Aqua Lifestyle, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

Health & Physical Condition
• All participants must be in good physical health and free from any medical conditions that could be aggravated by water-based physical activity.
• Participants with pre-existing injuries, heart conditions, pregnancy, or any other health concerns must consult a medical professional before joining a session.
• FloatFit Bali reserves the right to refuse participation if safety concerns arise at any point during the session.

 

Safety & Conduct
• All sessions are conducted by certified FloatFit instructors to ensure participant safety.
• Participants must follow instructor guidance at all times during the session.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and must inform the instructor of any discomfort or health concerns immediately.
• Inappropriate behaviour, disregard for safety instructions, or actions that endanger others will result in immediate removal from the session without refund.

 

Liability
• Participation in FloatFit sessions is at the participant's own risk.
• Terri Preston Aqua Lifestyle is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or personal loss sustained during or as a result of participation in sessions.
• Participants are responsible for any damage caused to equipment (AquaBase mats, tethering systems) due to negligence or misuse.

Bookings & Availability
• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• Sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Minimum participant requirements may apply for certain session types. Sessions below the minimum may be rescheduled or cancelled with prior notice.

Photography & Media
• FloatFit Bali may take photographs or video footage during sessions for promotional purposes.
• By participating, you consent to your image being used in marketing materials unless you notify us in writing prior to the session.

Changes to Terms
Terri Preston Aqua Lifestyle reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
